Each order has an associated tracking code to give you full visibility throughout the delivery process. The tracking code is included on your 'shipped order' email along with a link - you can also use these links
UK Mainland Orders - Delivered by APC Couriers
UK mainland orders placed before 3PM Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the next working day. Any orders placed after 3PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
There are three express delivery options available for you to select at checkout:
- Next Day
- Next Day - Pre Noon
- Next Day - Pre 10am

Please note, Working Days include Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Due to courier collection plans same day dispatch is excluding on Bank holidays. UK Mainland Heavy Orders (4 inch Gas Solenoid Valves) - Delivered by DHL

Depending on the location deliveries to UK Non-Mainland addresses typically take 2-3 working days. If you require a more urgent delivery please contact us on live chat and we'll happily try to acquire a more express option for you.
International Orders - Delivered by TNT
The Solenoid Valve Shop deliver both Gas Solenoid Valves and Water Solenoid Valves around the globe. Due to the varying product size/weights available online shipping is calculated bespoke for each order. Simply choose 'international shipping' at checkout and one of our team will source the best shipping price for your order, if you aren't happy with the price the order will be cancelled and no charge will be incurred.
Delivery Terms
Delivery times are subject to change across UK holidays such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather, road traffic accidents and technical difficulties can cause delays. We recommend if your order is time sensitive to place the order with a time buffer in place to account for any potential delays.
